The Lost Windmills of Leicestershire by Mark Temple

Mark is an enthusiastic member of the local history community with a wide range of interests although not an expert.
His interest in windmills is nurtured by the fact that he is a guide at a local mill. His talk looks at the development of windmills in the UK, how mills work and the mills that once existed around the county. He will also touch on social history with some stories of millers and families who lived at local windmills.
Doors will be open from 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start, please use the evening entrance on Granby Street.
