It started with an exhibition for artists who became mothers. It was an opportunity to get back to the artist self. The project offered local people the chance to take part in creative workshops to explore their personal responses.
Khyati Koria-Green has now created a collaborative artwork that incorporates these artist responses from local people, which celebrates and shares the complex identity of motherhood.
Visitors can explore the collective voice of motherhood through responses to phrases like "I am mum and…" or "I am parent and…"
